Damen is a graduate of Eastern Washington University, where he earned a Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration with a concentration in Long-Term Care. He furthered his education by obtaining a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, equipping him with a robust understanding of both healthcare management and business strategy.
With a strong foundation in healthcare administration, Damen has dedicated his career to enhancing healthcare services and operational efficiency, particularly in long-term care environments. His expertise reflects a commitment to improving patient care and organizational performance.
In his free time, Damen enjoys fishing and hunting, finding these activities both relaxing and invigorating. At home, he shares his life with two golden retrievers, Maddie and Finn, who bring joy and companionship to his days.
An avid sports fan, Damen is passionate about cheering for his favorite teams: the Patriots, Red Sox, and Celtics. Watching and supporting these teams is a cherished pastime that adds excitement to his life.
