Kim Douthit has dedicated the last 31 years to her career as a CNA, with 22 of those years spent at TNR. In her free time, she loves the beach, spending time with her family, and embraces the excitement of "VEGAS BABY!" Kim enjoys caring for her loved ones and trying her luck on the slot machines. Her mantra, "Let's do it, get it done," reflects her go-getter attitude.
She is deeply passionate about her family, and a driving value in her life is providing for them while truly caring for the residents at her facility. Family and residents always bring a smile to her face, no matter the day. A lesson Kim has learned along the way is that life is short. Starting her career as a Candy Striper at Good Sam, she has grown to fuel her energy with the simple motto, "I got this." If she were to win the lottery, Kim would make sure to take care of her family, buy a house near the beach, and even purchase her own casino!
