Latonya Williams has been in the housekeeping field for over 10 years while also managing her own business. Outside of work, she embraces her creative side as an artist, enjoying designer clothes and painting. Latonya treasures spending time with her grandchildren and husband, and she is deeply involved in her sisterhood ministry, where she draws strength from her connections with others.
A mantra that motivates her is, "Be true to your own self before you are true to others." Her faith is the driving force in her life, helping her remain strong both personally and professionally. Latonya finds joy in helping and encouraging others, which always brings a smile to her face.
Throughout her career, Latonya has grown from working as a CNA to housekeeping, and now she serves as an account manager. A goal she’s currently working towards is to draw strength from life's challenges and keep moving forward. A key lesson she’s learned is to stay humble and encourage herself along the way. Living by the motto, "Faith without works—you can't say you want something if you don't work for it," Latonya is driven by her goals. If she won the lottery, she would dedicate her efforts to helping those in need and supporting the people who have been there for her.
