Tracy Scuteri is a dedicated professional with over 30 years of experience in the field of Long-Term Care. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from the University of Washington, where her passion for caring for others took root. Tracy began her career through a mentorship program at a neighboring facility, where she gained invaluable insights and experience that have shaped her professional journey.
Outside of her work, Tracy enjoys traveling, gardening, and cooking, finding joy in exploring new cultures and cuisines. Her greatest delight comes from spending quality time with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandson, who bring a smile to her face. Tracy believes in the importance of honesty, a personal value that guides her interactions both at work and in her personal life.
Tracy is currently focused on improving her facility's quality measures and survey outcomes, driven by her commitment to excellence in care. She embraces the philosophy that “tomorrow is a new beginning,” reminding herself and those around her to approach each day with optimism.
